These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apporb platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Coding Deep Dive inh. Ravi Kumar Sharma ("Apporb", "we", "us", or "our"), a sole proprietorship registered in Germany, with its place of business at:
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Apporb.
Apporb is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables mobile app developers and studios to manage, localize, and optimize their App Store and Google Play Store presence. Core features include:
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email with reasonable notice.
To use the Service you must:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorised use, you must notify us immediately at contact@apporb.ai.
Automated account creation is prohibited. Each account is for use by a single user or, on Studio and Agency plans, a defined number of team seats as specified in your plan.
You agree not to:
The Service allows you to connect your App Store Connect API keys, Google Play service account credentials, and Firebase service account credentials. By doing so, you confirm that:
Your credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never shared with any third party other than the respective platform APIs (Apple, Google) on your behalf. You may delete your credentials at any time from the Settings page.
Apporb is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Your use of their platforms remains subject to their respective developer terms.
Apporb offers the following subscription plans:
| Plan | Price | Key limits |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | 1 app, 5 locales, 10 AI calls/month |
| Solo | $29/month (or $23/month billed annually) | 5 apps, unlimited locales, 100 AI calls/month |
| Studio | $79/month (or $63/month billed annually) | 20 apps, unlimited locales, 500 AI calls/month, 3 seats |
| Agency | $199/month (or $159/month billed annually) | Unlimited apps, unlimited AI, 10 seats |
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Annual plans are billed as a single payment upfront for 12 months.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period, and the new rate will apply from the next billing cycle.
Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. Downgrading may result in loss of access to features or data that exceed the new plan's limits.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice by email. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.
AI features (translation, text generation, review reply drafts) consume AI calls from your monthly allowance. The allowance resets at the start of each billing period. Unused AI calls do not roll over to the next period.
When you reach your plan's AI call limit, AI features will be temporarily unavailable until your next billing period or until you upgrade to a higher plan. We will display your current usage in the billing settings page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page or via the Stripe customer portal.
Monthly plans
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. No refund is issued for the remaining days of the month.
Annual plans
14-day full refund right under German consumer law (§ 355 BGB). Contact contact@apporb.ai within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refund is issued.
Exceptional circumstances: We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis for service failures directly attributable to Apporb. Contact us and we will assess your request fairly.
Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Starter (free) plan at the end of your paid period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade, after which data exceeding the free plan limits may be removed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
